The world is full of so much beauty. Go outside take a walk. Spend time looking around and enjoying all that the natural world has to offer. There are so many studies out there that show that just being in nature reduces anger, fear and stress while also increasing positive feelings.

If being locked down during COVID has taught me anything it is that we need to be outside more than ever to increase our happiness.
